Total Systems Technologies Corporation (TSTC) was awarded the One Acquisition Solutions for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS +) Pools for Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) and HUBZone. 

Contract Description:

The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) + Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) is a Best-in-Class (BIC) program for services.  The program is designed to address agencies' need for a full range of service requirements that integrated multiple service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for commercial and non-commercial requirements, all contract types and pricing determined at the task order level to achieve a total solution.  New services may be added to this contract throughout the life of the program. 

Period of Performance:

OASIS + is a five (5) year base with one option period of five years that may extend the cumulative term of the contract to 10 years.

Management and Advisory Domain:  This domain includes a full range of management and consulting services that can improve the federal agency's performance, its endeavors to meet mission goals, and a provide operating advice and assistance on administrative and management uses.

Technical and Engineering Domain: This domain includes requirements to provide specific engineering, geoscience, or other technical professional skills, such as those performed by engineers, geologists, geophysicists, and technicians required to handle specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the Government.  Work under this domain typically involves the application of physical laws and principles of engineering in the design, development, and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, processes, and systems; providing expert advice and assistance on technical functions and issues.

Intelligence Services Domain: This domain focuses on Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance mission requirements. Organizational and technological capabilities improve situational awareness and enhance command and control strategies within defense and intelligence environments.
